Sara AhmadiehRad was born in Tehran in 1989 in a family with great passion for art and soon she knew that music, calligraphy and theatre were what she wanted to pursue for life.
She started playing the piano in her early teens under professional piano instructors. Having completed a university degree in Persian Literature in Iran, she moved to Toronto in 2012 and later studied Theatre Production at Humber College. She started her career as a scenic painter, prop builder and puppeteer in the theatre industry after her graduation in April 2015. She is currently working in the Bam Mascot Company as a carver to make mascots while she pursues her passion as a scenic painter and props builder for theatre.

Sara started her singing career at the age of 18, working with bands in Iran and Toronto as backup vocalist and later as a lead singer. In 2013, together with her brother Nima (singer and guitar player) and a close friend Siavash SadrMahdavi (percussionist), they formed “Rhythm and Vibes”.
